Something beneficial?

Assalamualaikum :D

Tetiba otak tak ada idea nak update blog. Which also means... lamaaaa sangat tak baca buku-buku fact selain medic. Adoi!

But something came across my mind tonight.

A: Supposely we do something beneficial.
B: We'll try to make it beneficial. InsyaAllah. Dont worry.
A: But... *With the tone-can I trust you?*

Rasa macam nak ketuk kepala sendiri pun ada gak. Oh la la... wanna kill myself. *semenjak belajar forensic ni duk cerita mati je*

Normal conversation. But... some people doesnt see whats behind the wall. Eyes can lie. But think out of the box please. Haiyak! Nak je karate orang tu. Astaghfirullah... teruknya den. Rasulullah dulu pun masa orang-orang Taif tak terima dakwah, Rasulullah tak doakan keburukan orang tu pun. Yet, he defends them. They don't know.

Ouh... and this also came across my mind when A uttered the words.

A doesnt know.

Many people see riadhah/sukan/excercise as a tiny matter. As if it doesnt give any benefits. But, not to Islam. Riadhah/ Physical excercise has their own position in Islam views.

And make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of war (tanks, planes, missiles, artillery, etc.) to threaten the enemy of Allah and your enemy, and others besides whom, you may not know but whom Allah does know. And whatever you shall spend in the Cause of Allah shall be repaid unto you, and you shall not be treated unjustly. (Al-Anfal:60)

If we learn the translation and tafseer of this noble verse, then you'll know that physical fitness is something that had been urge by Islam. How can you join the army if you're equal to 'sotong'? How can the sahabah/sahabiah join the battles with Rasulullah if they didnt have tough, fit bodies?

Lets take a look at 10 muwasofat. One of them is qawiyyul jismi. How can you gain qawiyyul jismi? By sitting on the chair, studying, facebooking 24/7?*ayat pedas untuk diri sendiri* Or just landing on your bed, reading, sleeping and whatsoever? For sure by doing something, which makes you pespirate right.

And because of qawiyyul jismi stated in 10 muwasofat. This mean, taking care of our physical fitness is something crucial. But how many people see this? Ouh, no wonder people only give a smirk face when you ask them to join riadhah with you. With a signal, no thanks, I'm not that sporty person. Oh my... feeling like wanna hit my head to the wall. Kalau nak tau, patik dulu pun, sungguhlah fail bab-bab sukan ni. Tapi sekarang ni, bukan nak suruh join angkat berat, bina badan, main ragbi ke apa. Muslimah has their own games. No worries about that. And there are also guidance for muslimah.

Cerita 1:
Ada seorang ikhwah ni (means a member of Muslim Brotherhood) kena bagi talk dekat somewhere. And he usually has his routine excercise every evening. So, dia jalan ke hulu ke hilir dalam bilik hotel yang full air-cond dia sampai keluar peluh. Because he understand, this is one of way of tarbiyah Islamiyah. Nobody can skip this.

Cerita 2:
Khaulah al-Azwar pergi ikut Rasulullah berperang untuk selamatkan abang dia. And she fight until people think she is Khalid al-Walid. Maksudnya, dia memang kuatlah kan untuk angkat, libas pedang tu kan?

Jagalah kesihatan anda. (Ini bukan kempen kementerian kesihatan. Ini kempen...fahami Islam. Sesuai ke?)

Enough talking... saya memang terror bab merojakkan bahasa ni. Dan mensmash orang sampai lumat. haha...sungguh jahat. Astaghfirullah. :(

p/s:Kena fikir... macam mana saya nak excercise minggu ni sebab digugurkan dari plan diorang yang sangat menjeleskan diriku itu. Huwaa!!!
